Aisha jamila Hinds was born in America and is best-known for her role on The Shield. The versatility of her character has been shown on TV in shows like 9-1-1 Detroit 1, 8-7, and Under the Dome since she made her debut acting in the year 2003. The year 2005 was the year she was noticed initially for her role as Anna In Assault on Precinct 13 Her performance in the biographical film All the Way as the feminist activist Fannie Lou Hammer attracted the notice of the general public. Following the release of Provoked: A True Story in English, she went back to Bollywood and starred in the blockbuster Dhoom: 2 (2007).
